X线摄片对佝偻病的早期诊断,目前虽然还有一定困难,可是对佝偻病诊断的价值已被公认。通过临床实践,我们感到它不仅是佝偻病诊断的有力根据之一,更重要的是它反映出佝偻病的活动程度和趋向及转归情况。根据这一特点,我们觉得把X线片的读法,分成若干阶段,即初期、激早期、激盛期、恢复早期、恢复末期、治癒期等六个期,另加一个正常片的读片分类法,借以补充临床诊断上
