为了适应我国葡萄、葡萄酒事业飞跃发展的新形势,经中央批准:西北农学院正式设立“萄栽培与葡萄酒酿造专业”。该专业学制三年,面向全国招生,一九八五年招收新生十名。这是我国高等院校第一次开设专门培养从事葡萄栽培和葡萄酒酿造技术人才的专业。
In order to adapt to the new situation of leaping development of grapevine and wine in our country, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China approved the formal establishment of “Cultivation and Winemaking Specialty” in Northwest Agricultural College. The professional system for three years, for the national enrollment, enrolled in 1985 ten new students. This is the first time that institutions of higher education in our country have set up a specialization in cultivating talents engaged in viticulture and wine making.
