北京市西城区德胜社区卫生服务中心是西城区实施“收支两条线”管理的试点单位,在北京市公共卫生和基本医疗两个网底的基础上,西城区把综合医疗救助、医疗康复、计划生育技术指导和居家养老充实进去形成6个网底进行运行机制、服务理念、服务模式等方面的改革。我们对所辖社区居民实行以人的健康为中心,开展全方位、全人群、全生命周期的健康维护。
The Desheng Community Health Service Center in Xicheng District of Beijing is a pilot unit that implements the “two lines of income and expenditures” management in the Xicheng District. Based on Beijing’s two basic networks of public health and basic medical care, Xicheng District provides comprehensive medical assistance. , medical rehabilitation, family planning technical guidance, and home-based pension enrichment went into the formation of six nets to implement reforms in operational mechanisms, service concepts, and service models.
