目的旨在了解我省卫生系统基层食品卫生检测检验资源现状;方法逐级培训统一方法,以书面形式对调查的内容进行逐项填写;结果全省卫生系统基层共有食品检测检验实验室172家,所在机构在册员工18 784人,其中省辖市及相应级别的20家,在册员工3 108人,县区级152家,在册员工15 676人,从事食品检测检验的人员1 639人,其中省辖市级349人,县区级1 290人;结论需进一步提高基层检验人员的学历构成,加大检验设备的投入。
The purpose of this project is to understand the status quo of food hygiene testing and inspection resources in the grass-roots level of the health system in our province. The methods are followed by a unified training method and the contents of the investigation are filled out in written form. Results There are 172 food testing laboratories in the health- The number of registered employees is 18,784, of which 20 are provincial-level cities and corresponding levels, with 3,108 registered employees, 152 county-level employees, 15,676 registered employees and 1,639 people engaged in food testing and testing, of which provincial 349 people at the municipal level and 1,290 people at the county level. The conclusion is that the academic qualifications of grass-roots inspectors need to be further increased and the input of testing equipment increased.
