Small intestinal stromal tumor is one of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST), the acute abdomen caused by the limitations of the examination means, often easily lead to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Recently, we retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 21 cases of intestinal stromal tumors with acute abdomen as the first symptom from January 2001 to January 2011.
