油松花粉在蔗糖浓度10%+硼酸0.002%的琼脂培养基中萌发率最高。各无性系间的花粉萌发率和花粉量的差异极显著,且重复力很高,分别为0.846和0.654;花粉量与冠幅、雄球花数间极显著相关。花粉萌发率与花粉长、花粉宽之间极显著相关,相关系数分别为0.785和0.721。
The pollen of Pinus tabulaeformis was the highest in agar medium with sucrose concentration of 10% and boric acid of 0.002%. The differences of pollen germination rate and pollen amount between clones were significant, and the repeatability force was very high (0.846 and 0.654 respectively). The pollen quantity was significantly correlated with the crown length and the number of male flowers. Pollen germination rate was significantly correlated with pollen length and pollen width, with correlation coefficients of 0.785 and 0.721, respectively.
