本文探讨二次谐波显像条件下新型经静脉声学造影剂FX530剂量与显像效果之间的关系。11条健康杂种犬取左室短轴切面后,按剂量0.0025、0.005、0.01及0.02ml/kg经静脉注射FX530。结果发现心肌血流灌注显像随造影剂注射剂量的增大而增强。剂量为0.0025ml/kg时未产生声影,0.005ml/kg产生轻微声影;0.01ml/kg出现明显声影;0.02ml/kg声影强烈。前壁声学密度分别为8.48±1.48dB(0.0025ml/kg),11.44±1.58dB(0.005ml/kg),12.66±2.02dB(0.01ml/kg),14.32±2.27dB(0.02ml/kg),p<0.01。结论:不同剂量的声学造影剂对二次谐波显像效果有较大的影响,较大剂量可产生较强的心肌对比作用,但声影也较明显。本文推荐剂量为0.005-0.01ml/kg。
This article discusses the second harmonic imaging under the condition of new transvenous contrast agent FX530 dose and the relationship between the imaging effect. Eleven healthy mongrel dogs were injected with FX530 intravenously at doses of 0.0025, 0.005, 0.01 and 0.02ml / kg after taking the short axis view of the left ventricle. The results showed that myocardial perfusion imaging increased with the injection of contrast agent increased. A dose of 0.0025ml / kg did not produce sound and shadow, 0.005ml / kg produce a slight shadow; 0.01ml / kg significant shadow; 0.02ml / kg strong sound shadow. The acoustical densities of the anterior wall were 8.48 ± 1.48 dB (0.0025 ml / kg), 11.44 ± 1.58 dB (0.005 ml / kg), 12.66 ± 2.02 dB (0.01 ml / kg) , 14.32 ± 2.27 dB (0.02 ml / kg), p <0.01. CONCLUSION: Different doses of contrast agent have a greater effect on the second harmonic imaging. Higher dose can produce stronger myocardial contrast effect, but sound shadow is more obvious. This recommended dose of 0.005-0.01ml / kg.
