应用工程分析、类比法、现场检测、职业卫生学调查法识别和分析某铜硫化矿物无污染强化熔炼技术改造项目存在的职业病危害因素及预测其危害程度,评价拟采取的职业病危害防护措施的效果。据类比检测结果和综合分析,该项目拟采取的职业病危害防护措施基本有效,依据建议完善,可进一步降低职业病发病风险,该项目可行。
To identify and analyze the occupational hazards that exist in a copper sulphide mineral non-polluting smelter revamping project and to predict the extent of the harm by applying engineering analysis, analogy, on-site testing and occupational hygiene investigation to evaluate the effect of the occupational hazards protection measures to be taken . According to the results of analogy test and comprehensive analysis, the protective measures of occupational hazards to be taken in the project are basically effective. Based on the suggestions, the risk of occupational diseases can be further reduced, and the project is feasible.
