Firing Test of Third Stage of New Generation Small Launch Vehicle Achieved Success

Recently,the new generation small launch vehicle which was developed by Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology has successfully test fired its third stage in Beijing Institute ofAerospace Testing Technology.This test mainly assessed the correctness,rationality and coordination of the design of the third stage power system,and tried best to simulate the procedure at the launch site to expose the vulnerable spots of the rocket,ground design and operation,providing the basis for follow on design and improvement.
