让少先队员在素质理念中焕发时代光彩

少先队是小学生学习阶段的主要活动组织,对于学生身心的健康成长发挥着积极作用。少先队具有自主性、组织性、教育性以及群众性等优势,是小学校园文化建设中不可或缺的一部分。基于此,本文笔者结合实践经验,从在少先队活动中渗透德育教育,紧扣时代,确定主题,注重队员的主体性和主动性的发挥,宣传爱国主义精神,引导少先队员领会爱国精神,因势利导,规范上网活动等五个方面进行分析,为其长远生活奠定基础。

Young Pioneers is the primary activity of primary school students learning stage, for the healthy growth of students play an active role. Young pioneers with autonomy, organizational, educational and mass advantages, is an integral part of primary school culture in the campus. Based on this, the author combines practical experience, from penetrating the moral education in Young Pioneers activities, focusing on the times, determining the theme, paying attention to the subjectivity and initiative of the players, publicizing the spirit of patriotism, guiding young pioneers to understand the patriotic spirit, Standardize Internet activities and other five aspects of analysis, to lay the foundation for its long-term life.
