日本的Kajina公司最近建造了一座净跨度为200米的拱顶建筑。这座拱顶建筑由蒙有透明聚四氟乙烯薄膜的屋顶模块建成。屋顶模块的制造方法如下:将聚四氟乙烯薄膜张紧后蒙在钢管模块框上,在固定聚四氟乙烯薄膜时,不需要在薄膜上开螺栓孔。调节从薄膜中心到钢管模块框四角的张紧钢丝绳的张力,就可以使薄膜保持张紧状态,并使其能抵抗风力载荷。调节钢丝绳的张力还可以使屋顶模块具有榫眼结构,这样就可以用这些模块装配成拱顶建筑。
Kajina Company of Japan recently built a vaulted building with a net span of 200 meters. This vaulted building was built from a roofing module with transparent Teflon film. The manufacturing method of the roof module is as follows: After the PTFE film is tensioned, it is covered on the steel pipe module frame. When the Teflon film is fixed, there is no need to open the bolt hole on the film. By adjusting the tension of the tensioning wire ropes from the center of the film to the four corners of the steel tube module frame, the film can be kept in a tensioned state and it can be made resistant to wind loads. Adjusting the tension of the wire rope also enables the roof module to have a blinking structure so that the modules can be assembled into a dome construction.
