采用有限元分析方法,对局部轴压下钢筒仓的屈曲模态和屈曲承载力进行了研究,考虑的缺陷类型为焊缝缺陷,采用的分析方法包括弹性屈曲分析和弹性几何非线性分析.分析结果表明:钢筒仓屈曲承载力对环向焊缝缺陷位置十分敏感;钢筒仓的屈曲承载力随荷载分布角的增大而减小,随缺陷幅值的增大而减小.在有限元参数分析的基础上,提出了筒仓在局部轴压作用下的临界屈曲应力计算公式,公式计算结果与有限元分析结果基本吻合.
The buckling modal and buckling bearing capacity of the steel silos under partial axial compression were studied by means of finite element analysis. The types of defects considered were weld defects. The analysis methods adopted included elastic buckling analysis and elastic geometric nonlinear analysis. The analysis results show that the buckling capacity of steel silos is very sensitive to the position of the circumferential weld defects. The buckling capacity of steel silos decreases with the increase of load distribution angle and decreases with the increase of the amplitude of defects On the basis of finite element analysis, the formula of critical buckling stress of silo under partial axial compression is put forward. The calculation results of the formula are in good agreement with the results of finite element analysis.
