吻合口瘘为食管资门癌切除术后一严重并发症。发生率3．4～3．9％，死亡率17．8～44．9％，及早诊断，妥善处理是降低死亡率的关键［1］。近年由于手术技术进步及抗生素发展，发生率有所下降，但仍不能杜绝其发生。作者自1989年1月至1996年6月收治食管责门癌术后胸内吻合瘘16例
Anastomotic fistula is a serious complication after esophageal cancer resection. The incidence of 3.4 to 3.9%, mortality 17.8 to 44.9%, early diagnosis, proper treatment is the key to reducing mortality [1]. In recent years, due to advances in surgical techniques and the development of antibiotics, the incidence has declined, but it still cannot be stopped. From January 1989 to June 1996, the authors treated 16 cases of intrathoracic anastomosis of esophageal cancer after operation.
