染色体异常是引起男性不育的重要原因之一。我们对夫妻同居生活2年以上,无怀孕史的120例男性不育患者进行了细胞遗传学检查:常规外周血培养与染色体制备,G显带镜下计数50个中期分裂相,分析5个。部分标本进行C显带分析。 结果如下:
Chromosomal abnormalities is one of the important causes of male infertility. We conducted a cytogenetic test on 120 male infertile patients who lived in cohabitation for more than 2 years and had no history of pregnancy: routine peripheral blood culture and chromosomal preparation, and 50 metaphase mitotic phases under G-scope were counted and analyzed.
