在水溶液中合成了高氯酸(α-丙氨酸)钇配合物的单晶,其化学式为Y(ala)_2(ClO_4)_3·4H_2O(ala为α-丙氨酸根)。用X射线衍射法测定了配合物的单晶结构,其结构式为[Y_2(ala)_4(H_2O)_8)·6ClO_4,属单斜晶系,空间群为C_(2/c),每一晶胞中有四个配合物分子,晶胞参数为:a=18.063(5)A、b=14.446(5)A、c=17.179(7)A,β=101.98(3)°。每两个中心离子钇由四个α-丙氨酸的羧基桥联成双核配合物,两对对位的羧基组成两个平面,其夹角为88.9°。在此双核阳离子的两端,钇还与四个水分子的氧配位。配合物中钇的配位数为八。八个氧原子取四方反棱柱体排布于钇的周围。配合物离子的配位多面体由两个四方反棱柱体组成。
A single crystal of yttrium perchloric acid (α-alanine) complex was synthesized in aqueous solution. Its chemical formula is Y (ala) _2 (ClO_4) _3 · 4H_2O (ala is α-alanine). The crystal structure of the complex was determined by X-ray diffraction and its structure is Y2 (ala) _4 (H_2O) _8) · 6ClO_4. It belongs to monoclinic system with space group C_ (2 / c) There are four complexes in the cell, the unit cell parameters are: a = 18.063 (5) A, b = 14.446 (5) A, c = 17.179 (7) A, β = 101.98 (3) °. Yttrium is bound to the dinuclear complex by the carboxyl groups of four α-alanines for every two central ions. The two pairs of para-carboxyl groups form two planes with an angle of 88.9 °. At both ends of this binuclear cation, yttrium also coordinates with the oxygen of the four water molecules. The complex coordination number of yttrium is eight. Eight oxygen atoms take Quartet anti-prismatic arrangement around the yttrium. The coordination complex ion polyhedron consists of two square anti-prismatic composition.
