目的观察湿润烧伤膏预防鼻咽癌患者放射性皮炎的效果。方法 46例鼻咽癌患者随机分为2组,每组23例,对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组在采用常规护理方法之外,在每次放射治疗后外涂美宝湿润烧伤膏。结果对照组急性放射性皮肤损伤严重程度明显高于实验组(P<0.05)。结论美宝湿润烧伤膏能有效地降低鼻咽癌患者放射性皮肤损伤的程度。
Objective To observe the effect of MEBO in preventing radiation dermatitis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 46 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups (n = 23 each). The control group was treated by routine nursing method. The experimental group was treated with MEBO MEBO after each radiotherapy. Results The severity of acute radiation-induced skin lesions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group (P <0.05). Conclusion MEBO MEBO can effectively reduce the degree of radiation skin damage in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
