高职人才培养模式是一项较为复杂的系统工程,涉及教育思想、培养目标、培养方案、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、教学设施、师资队伍、管理策略等方面。随着中国加入WTO对教育服务的承诺,高职教育面临着严峻的挑战,如境外职业教育和培训机构进入对高职的冲击、国内产业结构调整对高职专业设置提出的新要求、就业态势变化使高职毕业生就业面临的困境、职业资格标准国际化趋势对高职教育质量标准的影响,等等。因此,高职人才培养的模式,只有整体优化,才能跟上形势的发展。要实现高职人才培养模式的整体优化,我们认为应侧重做到坚持“三个统一”,处理好“三个关系”。
Higher vocational personnel training mode is a relatively complex systematic project, involving education, training objectives, training programs, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching methods, teaching facilities, teaching staff, management strategies and so on. With China’s accession to the WTO’s commitment to education services, higher vocational education is facing severe challenges such as the impact of overseas vocational education and training institutes on the entry of higher vocational education, the new requirements put forward by the adjustment of domestic industrial structure on higher vocational education, the employment situation Changes in the employment difficulties faced by vocational graduates, the trend of internationalization of vocational qualification standards on the quality of higher vocational education standards, and so on. Therefore, the model of personnel training in higher vocational education can only keep pace with the development of the situation as a whole. To achieve the overall optimization of the training model for higher vocational education, we think we should focus on the principle of “three unifications” and the “three relations”.
