新常态是指不同以往的、相对稳定的状态。对我国经济发展来说,这是一种趋势性、不可逆的发展状态,意味着中国经济已进入不同于过去30多年高速增长期的新阶段。在新常经济发展阶段,以扩张为主的成长型企业必然会受到一定的限制,因此,企业为了保持持续竞争力,应致力于挖掘内部潜力,建立系统的成本管理体系,通过成本管理来提高企业效益,提升企业竞争实力。
