本文介绍在钢管斜轧穿孔机中,利用轧辊和轧件存在着共轭几何关系的原则,导出全接触的复合曲线辊型的设计公式。通过试验证实这种新辊型能够在自然穿孔条件下,实现最小的顶头前压缩量,并对新辊型改善咬入条件的特点进行了理论分析,确定了实现二次咬入的力学条件。这种新辊型对低塑性钢穿孔质量的改善和实现大前进角强化穿孔过程都有很大意义。
In this paper, the principle of the conjugate geometry between roll and rolling stock is introduced in the steel pipe oblique piercing piercer, and the design formula of full contact composite curvilinear roll is derived. The results show that this new roll can achieve the minimum amount of pre-head compression under the condition of natural perforation, and the theoretical analysis of the characteristics of the new roll to improve the biting condition is confirmed. The mechanical condition for secondary bite entry is determined. This new type of roller has a great significance for the improvement of perforation quality of low plasticity steel and the process of strengthening the perforation process with large forward angle.
