对１７例单纯性甲状腺囊肿的病例用穿刺抽吸注入碘酒方法进行了治疗。先利用Ｂ超检查对甲状腺囊性病变筛查定性定位，１５例单纯性甲状腺囊肿１次穿刺抽吸注入碘酒，全部治愈。２例较大的囊肿重复治疗３次治愈，随防５年无１例复发。就单纯性甲状腺囊肿穿刺抽吸注入碘酒治疗的可行性、适应证及操作方法进行了讨论
Seventeen cases of simple thyroid cysts were treated by needle aspiration and iodine injection. The first use of B-ultrasound screening of thyroid cystic lesions qualitative positioning, 15 cases of simple thyroid cyst 1 puncture and suction injection of iodine, all cured. 2 cases of larger cysts repeated treatment 3 times cured, with no prevention of recurrence in 5 years. The feasibility, indications and operation methods of simple thyroid cyst puncture aspiration and iodine injection were discussed
