各市人民政府,省政府各厅局、各直属机构:为加强全省处理壳企业工作的领导,省政府决定成立辽宁省处理壳企业工作领导小组。其主要职责是:组织领导全省处理壳企业工作,审定全省处理壳企业总体规划和工作方案,研究全省处理壳企业中的重大问题及有关政策。领导小组组成人员如下:组长:刘国强副省长副组长:张小普(省政府副秘书长)、张耀军(省经贸委主任)
Municipal People’s Government, Provincial Government Bureaux and Bureaus, and all directly-affiliated institutions: In order to strengthen the province’s leadership in handling shell enterprises, the provincial government decided to set up a Liaoning Province Shell Processing Work Leading Group. Its main responsibilities are: Organize and lead the province’s handling of shell enterprises, verify the overall planning and work plan of the province’s shell processing enterprises, and study major issues and related policies in handling shell enterprises in the province. The leading group consists of the following members: Team leader: Liu Guoqiang, deputy governor Deputy team leader: Zhang Xiaopu (Deputy Secretary General of the Provincial Government), Zhang Yaojun (Director of the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission)
