目的:探讨中药注射剂致敏反应实验研究概况,为中药注射剂的研究及应用提供思路。方法:概括归纳近年来国内外中药注射剂致敏性相关实验研究。结果:中药注射剂的过敏性抗原物质尚不明确,研究尚缺乏系统性,对致敏因素、致敏模型的研究还处于摸索阶段。结论:加强绿原酸及附加剂的抗原性研究,建立致敏动物模型,充分利用免疫化学和免疫芯片技术,为中药注射剂的开发和应用,提供新的研究思路。
Objective: To investigate the general situation of sensitization experiments of traditional Chinese medicine injections and provide ideas for the research and application of traditional Chinese medicine injections. Methods: Summarize the related experimental studies on sensitization of traditional Chinese medicine injections at home and abroad in recent years. Results: The allergenic antigens of traditional Chinese medicine injections were not yet elucidated. The research is still lack of systematic research on allergen and sensitization models. Conclusion: To enhance the antigenicity of chlorogenic acid and its adjuvants, a sensitized animal model was established and the immunochemical and immunochips technologies were fully utilized to provide new research ideas for the development and application of Chinese traditional medicine injection.
