当前,随着社会经济的发展,高层建筑项目的建设越来越多。对于高层建筑来说,地下室是一个重要的组成部分。地下室的建设,能够将建筑的储存空间扩大,发挥了重要的作用。但是,在地下室的施工过程中,容易出现渗水的问题,从而影响到地下室功能的发挥。在地下室工程的施工中,防水系统具有较强的技术性与实用性,对于材料的性能有着比较高的要求,施工方面也存在着很大的难度。基于此,文章就建筑地下室防水工程施工技术进行简要的分析,希望可以提供一个借鉴。
At present, with the development of society and economy, more and more high-rise construction projects are being built. The basement is an important part of tall buildings. Basement construction, to expand the storage space for the building, has played an important role. However, in the basement construction process, prone to water seepage problems, thus affecting the basement function. In the construction of basement projects, waterproofing system has strong technical and practical, for the performance of the material has a relatively high demand, there are also great difficulties in the construction. Based on this, the article briefly analyzes the construction technology of waterproofing in basement construction and hopes to provide a reference for it.
