一、引言随着计算机技术及大规模集成电路的不断发展,语音合成技术日趋成熟。如何将语音合成技术应用于人类实际生活之中,是计算机应用科学、电子应用科学的任务之一。我们最近为乌鲁木齐火车站研制了一套多通道汉维语音应答系统,全称为TAS-1型汉维电话自动应答系统。该系统用于铁路客车信息的查询。用户通过电话拨号输入某一车次号码去询问本次客车的情况。系统能够根据客车当前运行状况,用合成的汉语或维吾尔语语音通过电话回答有关客车情况,其主要内容是本次客车的类别(特快、直快等)、运行区间、到站时刻、开车时刻、晚点时间,是否停运,停靠站台及以一些问候语和其它信息。上述信息一旦有所变更由车站值班
I. INTRODUCTION With the continuous development of computer technology and large-scale integrated circuits, the technology of speech synthesis has matured. How to apply speech synthesis technology to human’s actual life is one of the tasks of computer application science and electronic application science. We recently developed a multi-channel Han-dimensional voice response system for Urumqi Railway Station, fully qualified as TAS-1 Hanwha telephone automatic answering system. The system is used for railway passenger car information inquiry. Users dial the phone number to enter a train number to ask about the situation of the bus. The system can respond to the bus situation by telephone in the synthesized Chinese or Uyghur language according to the current running status of the bus. The main contents are the type of bus (express, direct, etc.), operating interval, arrival time, driving time, lateness Time, out-of-service, docked platform with some greetings and other information. The above information once changed by the station on duty
