我们远东仪表有限公司一车间有职工89名,其中党员20名。担负着公司全部产品模具的设计、加工任务,是一个关键岗位多、技术含量高的车间。随着企业的发展,我们发现党员业务技术能力越来越不适应要求。许多党员技术单一,会铣工,却动不了刨、车床,只能各守一摊。有时车间来了急活儿,车工汗流浃背,其他人只得一旁闲着。
We Far East Instrument Co., Ltd. a workshop employees 89, of which 20 members. Responsible for the company’s mold design and processing of all products, is a key position, high-tech workshop. With the development of enterprises, we found that the technical capabilities of party members are increasingly not suited to the requirements. Many party members have a single technology that will mill, but they can not move shavers or lathes. Sometimes the workshop came to an emergency, the workers sweat, other people had to idle.
