以3Cr2MoWVNi热作模具钢材料为研究对象,研究了渗氮工艺对其性能的影响。结果表明:当渗氮温度为550℃,保温19 h的热作模具钢性能最佳,此时所制备的热作模具钢拉伸强度为1492 MPa、表面硬度值为1051 HV500,表面下0.2 mm处硬度为485 HV500。合适的渗氮温度和保温时间可在热作模具钢表面形成合适的扩散层和化合物层,起到改善热作模具钢性能的作用。
Taking 3Cr2MoWVNi hot work die steel as the research object, the influence of nitriding process on its properties was studied. The results show that when the nitriding temperature is 550 ℃, the hot work die steel with 19h heat preservation has the best performance. The hot work die steel prepared at this time has a tensile strength of 1492 MPa, a surface hardness of 1051 HV500 and a surface of 0.2 mm At a hardness of 485 HV500. Appropriate nitriding temperature and holding time can form suitable diffusion layer and compound layer on the surface of hot die steel, which can improve the performance of hot work die steel.
