春季饮淡盐水。春天天气渐渐转暖,空气潮湿,细菌开始繁殖。在开水中放少许食盐,让幼儿饮用淡盐水,有预防上呼吸道感染,减轻咽喉疼痛的作用。夏季饮凉开水。夏天天气炎热,幼儿容易出汗。因此要备足凉开水,幼儿从外面活动完回活动室时,可及时给幼儿补充水分。秋季饮温开水。秋高气爽,气候干燥,幼儿户外活动时容易感到口干舌燥,很想喝水,这时给幼儿喝的水不能太凉也不能太烫,以喝温开水最合适。
