Since the second quarter of 1983, our plant has implemented internal profits on the first hydraulic press and other heat processing plants on the basis of the full implementation of the economic responsibility system. Practice has proved that this is an important way to increase losses and increase profits of enterprises. One water workshop is our main commercial forging shop. In the first half of 1982, the workshop had a loss of 45,000 yuan. Afterwards, after efforts, the annual profit was 360,000 yuan, and the per capita profit of the workshop was only 1,014 yuan.
