鸦胆子是苦木科植物鸦胆子 Brucea javanica(L.)Merr 的成熟果实。始载于《本草纲目拾遗》,又名老鸦胆,苦参子。鸦胆子具有清热解毒、截疟、止痢、腐蚀赘疣的功效。用于治疗热性赫痢或便血、疟疾、鸡眼、疣等。鉴于其日益广泛的临床应用及近年来关于鸦胆子化学成分、药理学、临床新用途等的报道增多,现将其研究现状作一简述。1 鸦胆子生药学研究鸦胆子为卵形或椭圆形,略扁,表面黑色或灰黄色,有隆起的网状皱纹和纵棱线,顶端有花柱残基,
Brucea javanica is a mature fruit of Brucea javanica (L.) Merr. Only contained in “Compendium of Materia Medica”, also known as the old bile, bitter son. Brucea javanica has the effects of heat-clearing, detoxifying, cutting malaria, stopping phlegm, and destroying phlegm. It is used to treat hot Hemorrhoids or blood in the stool, malaria, corns, pimple and so on. In view of its increasingly extensive clinical application and recent reports on the chemical composition, pharmacology, and clinical new uses of Brucea javanica, the current research status is briefly described. 1 Brucea javanica pharmacological study Brucea javanica is oval or elliptic, slightly flat, black or grayish-yellow, with raised reticular wrinkles and longitudinal ridges, with styloid residues at the top.
