回转切削法是一种新颖的切削方法,由于它工效高、加工质量好、刀具寿命长。近年来在生产中应用日广。本文介绍了回转切削法的发展及其在生产中的应用,对科研和生产均有一定参考价值。 众所周知,刀具的切削方式(切削图形)会直接影响切削刃的形状、刀具耐用度、加工质量和生产率。而回转切削法由于工效高、加工质量好、刀具耐用,以及可加工普通切削方式难于加工的一些异形零件,因而这种切削法日益引起人们的重视,并在生产中逐渐得到了应用。据报导,近15年来,在苏联回转刀具及其切削法获得发明专利申请的就有40余项之多。
Rotary cutting method is a novel cutting method, because of its high efficiency, good processing quality, long tool life. In recent years, widely used in production. This paper introduces the development of rotary cutting method and its application in production, which has certain reference value for both scientific research and production. As we all know, cutting tool cutting mode (cutting graphics) will have a direct impact on the cutting edge shape, tool durability, processing quality and productivity. The rotary cutting method due to high efficiency, good processing quality, durable tools, and Machinable ordinary cutting difficult to process some of the shaped parts, so this cutting method has drawn increasing attention, and gradually been applied in production. It has been reported that in the past 15 years, there have been more than 40 applications for invention patents in the rotary tool and its cutting method in the Soviet Union.
