枯草芽孢杆菌B3(Bacillussubtilis)在NB,K'B,LB,YT,M9和SG等6种培养液中产生抗菌物质的量有显著差别,以在NB中产量最大。以NB作培养基时,B3在pH5~9、温度为20~40℃范围内均可产生抗菌物质,而又以pH7.0和30℃最适。定期取样测定表明,B3在培养12~48h内产生抗菌物质逐渐增多。不同碳氮源测试结果表明,以终浓度为0.1%的葡萄糖、0.2%的甘露醇或0.2%的可溶性淀粉作碳源,0.1%的硫酸铵、氯化铵、硝酸铵或半胱氨酸作氮源有利于B3抗菌物质产生。
Bacillus subtilis B3 (Bacillussubtilis) in NB, K’B, LB, YT, M9 and SG and other six kinds of culture medium produced significant differences in the amount of antibacterial substances to yield the largest NB. When NB was used as medium, B3 could produce antimicrobial substance at the pH range of 5 ~ 9 and the temperature of 20 ~ 40 ℃, while the pH was optimum at pH 7.0 and 30 ℃. Periodic sampling determination showed that the antibacterial substance produced by B3 increased gradually within 12-48 hours of culture. The results of different carbon and nitrogen sources showed that 0.1% of ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, ammonium chloride and ammonium sulfate were used as the carbon source in the final concentration of 0.1% glucose, 0.2% mannitol or 0.2% soluble starch, Ammonium nitrate or cysteine as a nitrogen source favors the production of B3 antimicrobial substances.
