我厂和西北工大等四个单位于1978年联合设计的HZJ—400型金属冷挤压机(83年通过部级鉴定,经机械工业部济南铸锻机械研究所确认,并定型授名为J87—400 A 型400吨金属冷挤压机)采用了我们自己创造的封闭式气液缓冲装置,缓冲性能优越,对降低挤压应力、减少冲击负荷,延长模具寿命,效果显著;用扇形摩擦镶块代替传统的Z64的长圆形摩擦块,解决了浮动镶块卡壳问题,使离合器和制动器的结合平顺可靠,分离彻底。下面就此两部分结构分述如下:一、封闭式气液缓冲装置
