目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合IFN-α、IL-2治疗转移性肾癌患者的临床疗效和不良反应.方法选取转移性肾癌患者69例,随机分为对照组32例、治疗组37例,对照组采用常规生物治疗方案IFN-α和IL-2治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用复方苦参注射液应用,观察两组患者的近期疗效、生活质量评分及不良反应情况.结果治疗组患者近期疗效、生活质量评分结果均优于对照组(P〈0.05);治疗组患者出现的发热、乏力、胃肠道反应等不良反应较对照组少且程度轻(P〈0.05).结论复方苦参注射液联合IFN-α、IL-2治疗对转移性肾癌有一定疗效,能够缩小癌肿,降低药物不良反应,提高生活质量. “,”Objective To observe the curative effect of Compound Recipe Kushen Injection Combined with IFN-α and IL-2 on mRCC.Methods 69 cases of mRCC were randomly divided into therapy group(37 patients) and control group(32 patients),the patients of therapy group were treated with Compound Recipe Kushen Injection,while the patients of control group were only treated with IFN-α and IL-2.The efifcacy was compared after treatment between the two groups.Results The overall response rate and the scores of life quality of the therapy group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05).,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower (P〈0.05). Conclusion Compound Recipe Kushen Injection combined with IFN-α and IL-2 could effectively enhance the efifcacy,reduce side effects,improve the quality of life.
