Myeloid neoplasms diagnosed in pregnancy are not common.But with the earlier diagnosis and better therapeutic effect of the diseases,more and more patients at child bearing age can obtain long term survival.In addition,the average child bearing age is delayed nowadays.Both changes lead to higher incidence of myeloid neoplasms complicated with pregnancy.Up to now,the international standard options are still controversial owing to paucity of the therapeutic experience.Management of these myeloid neoplasms during pregnancy induces many treatment-related risks for mother and baby and should take both mother\'s and baby\'s safety into consideration.In this article,the treatment status of acute myeloid leukemia and chronic myeloid leukemia diagnosed in pregnant patients will be reviewed.
