为了使建设指挥部管理模式逐步向社会主义市场经济管理模式转变,1993年初,我们在山西铝厂二期二步工程管理上推行了项目经理负责制和建设监理试点,经过一年半的实践,各项目经理发挥了重要作用,取得了明显的效果: 二期二步主工艺流程项目工程已基本建成。二期工程共11个单项,除净水厂、机修厂缓停建外。石矿、孝义铝矿、煤气分厂、电站、检修分厂、水源六个单项已建成投入试生产。氧化铝厂主工艺流程项目6月底已基本建成,8月7日投料负荷试车。其余公用设施、生活设施正在按网络计划组织施工,计划年底二期工程建成

The rest of the public facilities and living facilities are under construction according to the network plan, and the second phase of the project is planned to be completed by the end of the year.
