针对系统效能评估ADC模型不能反映战斗过程动态变化的问题,提出了作战系统动态效能评估理论和模型,给出了模型实现的迭代计算公式,举例说明了动态模型算法的运用。模型可以结合模拟对所运用的数据进行校正,也可与少量实装及实际作战演练数据相结合,对装备与战术结合作战运用的效能进行评估。该理论和方法对作战运用效能评估具有一定意义。
Aiming at the problem that the system effectiveness evaluation ADC model can not reflect the dynamic change of battle process, the theory and model of dynamic performance evaluation of combat system are put forward. The iterative calculation formula of model realization is given, and the application of dynamic model algorithm is illustrated. The model can be used in conjunction with the simulation of the data to be corrected, but also with a small amount of actual combat and operational training data combined to evaluate the effectiveness of equipment and tactical operations. This theory and method have certain significance to the operational effectiveness evaluation.
