我国的电子政务建设受传统政务模式的深层次影响,至今尚未建立起电子政务良性的运行机制和完善的管理模式,这些问题随着电子政务建设的深入开始凸现出来,并成为其发展的重要瓶颈之一。
The construction of e-government in our country is deeply influenced by the traditional mode of government and has not yet established the benign operation mechanism and perfect management mode of e-government. These problems have emerged as the in-depth development of e-government and become the important bottleneck of its development one.
