欧阳星凯艺术简介欧阳星凯,1950年10月生,汉族,湖南湘潭市人,高中学历,长沙愿景房地产开发有限公司副总经理。1986年开始摄影至今。系中国摄影家协会会员、湖南省摄影家协会主席团成员、湖南省艺术摄影学会副会长、湘潭市摄影家协会副主席。2004年10月,荣获《大众摄影》杂志群英会“全国十佳摄影师”称号;2004年1月,《小煤窑实录》荣获“湖南省第十三届摄影艺术展”铜奖;2005年7月,《光明使者》入选“中国第十一届国际影展”;2005年9月,《初升》荣获第十二届“亚洲风采摄影大赛”银奖;
