李延明,男,1945年2月生,祖籍江苏常熟。中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院研究员,中国社会科学院研究生院马克思主义研究系教授。1969年毕业于中国人民大学国际政治系。1971年加入中国共产党。历任中国人民解放军空降兵某部排长、副连长、军事科学院战术研究部助理研究员、国务院研究室助理研究员、中共中央书记处研究室调研员、中国社会科学院政治学研究所政治制度
