《葡萄酒文化》课是一门普及葡萄酒基础知识,使大学生掌握品酒方法和礼仪,提升其文化素养和社交能力的校级公共选修课。公选课的学生来自不同专业和年级,学习动机不同,该课程的教学不同于专业课或二外教学。本文通过对高校《葡萄酒文化》公选课存在的问题进行分析,对相应的教学方法和内容进行了探讨。
Wine Culture is a public school elective that popularizes the basics of wine and enables college students to master wine tastings and etiquette and enhance their cultural literacy and social skills. Elective students come from different majors and grades and have different motivation to learn. The teaching of this course is different from that of specialized courses or secondary schools. This paper analyzes the existing problems in public courses of “wine culture” in colleges and universities, and discusses the corresponding teaching methods and contents.
