教研是学校教学的源泉,是教改的先导,是教育深化发展的内部机制。没有教研,教学就失去了活力;没有高质量的教研,学校教学也不可能发生深刻的质的嬗变和飞跃。学校教育原本就以教学为中心,所以重视教研。搞好教研,发挥教研力量,开创教育新局面,是学校教学工作的主要任务和发展方向,是全面贯彻党的教育方针,全面提高教育教学质量的重要保证和有效途径。高效课堂既包括“先学后导”的教学模式,也包括“小组合作”的学习模式,能将教和学有机地统一到课堂中来。针对乡镇农村学校教研工作的现状作粗略分析,并浅谈发展对策。
