邓小平同志提出“科学技术是第一生产力”的论断发表至今已10年了。回顾过去,历史证明了这一论断的科学性;展望未来,要在日趋激化的全球竞争中赢得市场,更需要以这一理论为指导。
It has been 10 years since Comrade Deng Xiaoping put forward his thesis that “science and technology are the primary productive forces.” Looking back the past, history has proved the scientific nature of this assertion. Looking forward, it is even more necessary to take this theory as guidance to win the market in the increasingly intensified global competition.
