江苏沛县紧靠微山湖,湖岸线在境内长达60公里。沿湖8个乡镇有湖滩地面积20多万亩,湖西低洼地面积2万亩、煤矿塌陷地水域面积0.4万亩,渔业资源十分丰富。自1993年以来,县、乡两级分别成立了领导班子、主要领导亲自抓,分管领导具体抓,分片包干、建立岗位责任制,各乡都制订了优惠扶持政策。到目前为止,全县共开发滩涂低洼地6000余亩,今年上半年实现水产品3210吨,涌现出了10个百吨鱼村、和一个养鳖收入10万元户。在滩涂低洼的开发过程中、涌现出了各具特色的典型乡镇,并在全县不断地向纵深发展。(一)低洼地的开发,以龙固镇为主。该镇有低洼地6000亩,
