目的探讨ATP荧光检测技术在静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)感染控制工作中的作用。方法采用三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物荧光法及传统的细菌培养检测法,分别对PIVAS洁净区表面、工作人员手卫生等重要检测部位进行实时动态检测,并进行对比分析。结果 ATP荧光检测方法优于传统的细菌培养检测方法,省时、方便快捷,能及时发现问题,以采取干预措施。结论 ATP荧光检测技术可用于PIVAS医院感染控制的检测,作为预警与筛查指标与细菌培养法联合应用在PIVAS清洁消毒的检查与考核中。
Objective To explore the role of ATP fluorescence detection in the control of infection in intravenous drug delivery centers (PIVAS). Methods The ATPase biofluorescence assay and the traditional bacterial culture assay were used to detect the real-time dynamic detection of important test sites such as the surface of the PIVAS clean area and the staff’s hand hygiene, respectively, and to conduct a comparative analysis. Results ATP fluorescence detection method is superior to the traditional method of bacterial culture detection, saving time, convenient and quick, timely detection of the problem to take interventions. Conclusion ATP fluorescence detection technology can be used for PIVAS infection control testing, as an early warning and screening indicators and bacterial culture in combination with PIVAS cleaning and disinfection of the inspection and assessment.
