实际考察了近十个铁矿尾矿点,通过尾矿性质研究和镜下鉴定,表明尾矿中确有金存在,金品位为0.4g/t左右,金呈单体和连生体存在。试验矿样取自某磁选厂一段磁选尾矿,用摇床、离心选矿机、螺旋溜槽和铺毯溜槽分别进行了初步探索试验,四种方法均能使金得到富集,精矿品位为1.5~15g/t。确定采用螺旋溜槽粗选、摇床精选流程富集金。试验结果表明,可得到品位4.08g/t、产率2%的金精矿,达到氰化提金的品位要求,具有回收价值。
Nearly ten iron ore tailings sites were actually inspected. Through the study of tailings properties and microscopic identification, the presence of gold in the tailings was indeed found. The gold grade was about 0.4g / t, and the gold was found to be single and even connected. The test samples were taken from a magnetic separation tailings of a magnetic separation plant. Preliminary experiments were carried out with a shaker, a centrifugal concentrator, a spiral chute and a blanket chute, respectively. All four methods enabled the gold to be enriched and concentrate grade Is 1.5 ~ 15g / t. Make sure to use the spiral chute rougher shaker selection process enriched gold. The test results show that the gold concentrate with the grade of 4.08g / t and the yield of 2% can be obtained, which meets the grade requirements of cyanide gold extraction and has the value of recovery.
