教育是一门科学,管理是一门艺术。班主任是班级管理工作的主体,在德育过程中,重视对学生情感的唤醒和鼓舞,能强化学生内在的自省机制;有时“无声的教育”要比严厉的制裁和狠狠的批评,效果会更深刻、更有效。“无声”并不是完全不讲,而是言简意赅,切中要害,真正做到此时无声胜有声,达到好的教育目的。
