本文收集我院近3年来以并发症或合并症而收住除内分泌科外其它科室的164例老年糖尿病(DM)患者进行临床分析。临床资料164例中男85例、女79例,60～69岁119例,70～79岁37例,80岁以上8例。患者住院的首诊疾病有50余种,其中呼吸系统感染18例,肝胆系统感染8例,尿路感染3例,脑梗塞34例(其中腔隙性梗塞13例,多发性梗塞10例),脑出血6例,冠心病21例(伴心梗6
This article collected in our hospital for nearly 3 years to complications or complications and admitted to other departments except endocrine department of 164 cases of elderly patients with diabetes (DM) for clinical analysis.
