目的了解襄阳铁路管区车站食(饮)具的消毒效果及其影响因素,为卫生行政监管提供科学依据,减少食源性疾病的发生。方法依据GB14934-94《食(饮)具消毒卫生标准》,采用大肠菌群快速纸片法进行采样和检测。结果共检测食(饮)具1 036件,合格943件,总体合格率91.02%;食堂食(饮)具合格率94.74%,伙食团食(饮)具合格率83.76%,差异有统计学意义(x2=34.27,P<0.01)。结论襄阳铁路管区车站食(饮)具总体卫生状况较好,但沿线伙食团食(饮)具的卫生状况不容乐观,今后车务部门应加大对沿线伙食团食(饮)具消毒设备设施的投入,铁路卫生监督部门应增加对沿线伙食团的监督频次,加强监管和指导。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect and its influencing factors of food and drink in Xiangyang Railway Administration Station, to provide a scientific basis for health administrative supervision and reduce the occurrence of foodborne diseases. Methods According to GB14934-94 “food (drinking) with a disinfection health standards”, using coliform bacteria fast paper method for sampling and testing. Results A total of 1 036 food and drink samples were obtained, with a total of 943 and a pass rate of 91.02%. There was a 94.74% pass rate in canteens (drinking) and a pass rate of 83.76% (x2 = 34.27, P <0.01). Conclusion The overall hygienic condition of food (drink) at the stations in Xiangyang Railway Administration is good. However, the hygienic conditions of food (beverages) along the food lines in the Xiangyang Railway Administration are not optimistic. In the future, the vehicle service department should increase the capacity of food and beverage (drinking) facilities along the line Of the input, the railway health supervision departments should increase the frequency of supervision of food gangs along the line, to strengthen supervision and guidance.
