研究不同的激素及其相同激素不同剂量对树鼠句超数排卵的影响。方法:将雌性树鼠句分为6组,分别用不同剂量和组合的促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、那戈瑞林(GnRH)、人绝经期尿促性腺激素(HMG)和国产孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)进行超数排卵实验。结果表明:PMSG40IU+HCG20IU组平均获卵母细胞数25.6±3.0个。明显高于其他实验组(P<0.05)。结论:本实验中PMSG40IU+HCG20IU对雌性树鼠句进行超数排卵处理可获得较好的超排效果。
To study the effects of different hormones and different doses of the same hormone on superovulation of tree troglodytes. Methods: The female tree rats were divided into 6 groups and treated with FSH, GnRH, HMG and domestic pregnant horse serum respectively Gonadotropin (PMSG), human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) superovulation experiments. The results showed that the number of oocytes in the PMSG40IU + HCG20IU group was 25.6 ± 3.0. Significantly higher than other experimental groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: In this experiment, PMSG40IU + HCG20IU superovulation treatment of female tree rat sentence can get better superovulation effect.
