Sommer曾提出用脉冲极谱测定镓和铟,灵敏度分别达到0.05ppm镓和0.1ppm铟。本文在前一工作的基础上,进一步研究了镓铟—茜素S络合物的吸附催化波。在0.26M氧化钾—0.08M乙酸钠(pH5)的底液中,当有1×10~(-4)M茜素S存在下,波高与浓度在0.01—0.4微克镓/毫升,0.004—0.4微克铟/毫升之间呈线性关系。峰电位分别为-1.13伏和-0.63伏(对S、C、E),因此可在同一底液中同时测定镓和铟。
Sommer proposed the use of pulsed polarography for the determination of gallium and indium with sensitivities of 0.05 ppm gallium and 0.1 ppm indium, respectively.
